Get Baby to Sleep with Anjali Sharma
Anjali is a certified pediatric sleep consultant serving the Savannah area. She will begin offering her services to families in January 2020.
Anjali will be teaching an abbreviated version of the upcoming Newborn and Infant Sleep Class hosted at Restoration Chiropractic. She will review how routines affect your child's sleep, what sleep patterns are normal for new babies and how to interpret signs of tiredness.
Baby Massage with Mili Mini Minick
Mili Minick owns Savannah Massage Therapy. She is a licensed massage therapist with over eight years of experience. She specializes in therapeutic, fertility, prenatal and postpartum massage.
In her Baby Massage class you'll learn how to correctly massage your baby as well as tips and tricks to help your baby with gas, constipation and bonding. This class is ideal for parents with infants from one to eight months old. Bring a yoga mat, your favorite baby oil or lotion, a toy and a blanket.
Cloth Diapering 101 with Jenna Perry-Weixel 1:00-1:30 p.m.
Jenna Perry-Weixel works with The Cloth Option, a non-profit focused on advocating for and providing access to cloth diapers and other reusable hygiene products to reduce diaper need and protect our environment for future generations.
In her Cloth Diapering 101 class, she will give an overview of different types and styles of cloth diapers that are used today. She will show examples of different cloth diapers, answer questions related to cloth diapering and help parents troubleshoot any cloth diapering issues they may be having.
